I'm Jason Massey from Fort Wayne, Indiana — a 70's kid gearhead who’s crazy about anything that moves, especially motorsports. I’ve been hooked on photography and media since I was a kid, but I didn’t really dive in until 2012 when I picked up my first Nikon D5100 with a kit lens and a 330mm telephoto. My photographer buddies finally talked me into stepping up from point-and-shoot, and man, that Nikon took me on some great adventures all across the country, mostly chasing races and racing action.
After more than 10 years with the Nikon, I upgraded to a Sony A7III with some serious glass to better capture fast-paced action. Life’s been pretty busy on the home front lately, so the Sony hasn’t seen quite as many tracks yet, but I’m still out there shooting whenever I can.
Right now, JPMMedia.com is home to some of my favorite photos — the best of the best — rather than my full archive. I’m still building things up in the photography world, and this feels like the right approach for now.
